In a webinar I heard a new way to use the AM Wand. I did use it and had surprising effects!
The tip was to wand your pillow 50 times in big circles before you go to bed. And do the same with the place where your torso lies. The immediate effect from this was deeper and better sleep.
But there was another effect: Ever since I had a sinusitis in December 2009 the bacteria stayed in both my sinuses. It didn't bother me big time, but it was annoying because I could smell it regularly and it clogged my nose, mostly at night.
Ever since I started to wand my bed the second effect is that this bacteria bothers me much less. It isn't completely gone yet, but sure a 75% less. I am very happy with this not meant side effect.
Maybe you wonder why I never wanded my sinuses? I did do that but not with enough persistance. And because it didn't bother me big time I didn't think of it.
Anyway I advise owners of the AM wand to try this too and maybe, if you don't own one yet, it will be a reason for you to buy one!
